Skin Care Tips Don’t use HOT water to wash your face It’s best to use lukewarm water to wash your face. While warm water will rid you skin of excess oils and open pores for treatment, using hot water will strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and fragile.
Wash you hands regularly Most of us don’t really pay much attention to how many times a day we touch our face. Think about it, you touch a phone, a door handle, a stair rail, and then you rest your chin in your hands or rub your cheek and all that extra dirt and grime gets transfered to our skin. And always remember to wash your hands before washing your face!
Smile often More over, don’t frown or squint. Everyone knows it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile. The more you squint and frown, the deeper the lines become. Ask the people around if you frown or squint often, and then do things to change those habits!
Drink lots of water Drinking lots of water helps our bodies flush out all the toxins that end up there through the normal course of our day.
Excercise & Eat right It is imperative to look after the health of the rest of your body in order for you to have healthy skin. Excersice and a balanced diet will ensure that your body and skin are as healthy as possible!
Have more than one towel You probably already have two - one for your hair and one for your body? Well, it’s a good idea to have a separate towel for just your face too. That way you avoid putting anything on your face that you’ve just tried to get off your body or hair!
